Remove outer plastic bag from thawed turkey. Spray or brush vegetable oil on inner netting. Place on rack in open pan. Insert meat thermometer* into innermost part of roast. Determine total roasting time using chart below. Roast until internal temperature reaches 165°. Cover with aluminum foil tent if desired browning is achieved prior to roast being done. About 10
minutes before removing from oven cut netting lengthwise with scissors. Let roast stand 10 minutes before removing netting and slicing.
